Crazy Crap / Woods Metro Council Ruffles Feathers of Chicken People

We knew it was only a matter of time before the powerful chicken lobby struck back. If we're allowing guns in bars, the chicken advocates ask logically, then why can't we turn our backyards into barnyards?
