Around Town / Phillips Now's Our Chance to Make a Deal

Ooo, how about this? Metro Planning could grant the May Town Center folks a new hearing in exchange for them actually doing the complete archaeological survey they claim to have done in their zoning application.
After all, if we're worried about "confusing, conflicting, and inconsistent" things, the May Town Center folks' stories about their phantom archaeological survey certainly qualifies.
Shoot, if we're handing out do-overs, the least we can do is let them have a chance to fix their lie, right?
