But let's not get too carried away here, Ramsey fanatics. Remember that Ramsey could leverage his office while Wamp presumably has less pull now that he's leaving Congress. The lobbyists dutifully have ponied up for Ramsey. How much more can they give? This is the low-hanging fruit both candidates have snagged. It's harder from this point on.
