Daily Diversion / Hannan Bill O'Reilly Crops Carefully

The gays are on a roll! Today Vermont overthrew a governor's veto to allow equal marriage rights. A week after Iowa became the first non-coaster to recognize that hey, these other folk here might want to file jointly. And the news keeps getting better: Bill O'Reilly says American Idol should reward contestant Adam Lambert if he turns out to be the best singer, despite recently leaked photos that show him...nuzzling against other men? Wait, what about that closely cropped photo should have Lambert "embarrased"? Other than the purple dye job, of course (catty!).

You're suggesting the bulk of O'Reilly's segment was not just tolerant of but open to gays. O'Reilly clearly very much wanted viewers to cast votes in a political referendum against Lambert. And yeah, as loonytick noted, he did then ask whether illegal aliens are allowed to cast votes too. Whole thing eye-rolling and weirdly reminiscent of GOP tactics during actual election.
