Guns, Abortion and Disenfranchising Democrats: The GOP Agenda

After three months of this year's legislative session, what's the new Republican majority accomplished? In a time of economic crisis in a state where one out of every three people is without health insurance, the session has been dominated by abortion and guns and disenfranchising Democrats. On that latter point, Liberadio's Mary Mancini provides this coverage of yesterday's Senate debate on the Republican bill requiring photo IDs to vote. Here, Sen. Joe Haynes tries to reason with the bill's sponsor, Sen. Bill Ketron. Ketron responds with the obviously bogus claim that he's trying to rid the state of virtually nonexistent voter fraud:
