Bill Maher Live June 27 at The Ryman: On Sale Tomorrow, Pre-Sale and Free Tickets Today!

Posted by Jim Ridley on Thu, Mar 26, 2009 at 4:28 PM

Bill Maher, Mr. Religulous, the hardest-working serial offender in showbiz, performs June 27 at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium. No doubt those pews are already starting to smolder a little.

The official sale date is 10 a.m. Friday, tomorrow morning. But if you have the right password--say, "politics"--you have until 10 p.m. tonight to get in on the special pre-sale just by clicking here. Tickets are $37.50, $57.50 and $69.50.

In honor, we are giving away a pair of tickets to the first person who emails ethomas (at) nashvillescene (dot) com with the correct answer to this question:

In Bill Maher's long and distinguished film career, one film stands head and shoulders above the rest. That film, of course, is 1989's Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death. This saga of man-eating feminists and guacamole is loosely based on what classic movie?
