Tennessee lawmakers, like those in other state legislatures now pursuing the National Rifle Association's radical agenda, have far too little concern for the "well-regulated militia" side of the Second Amendment's gun rights. If they thought about it, they would require a range of regulations that vastly could help law enforcement keep guns out of the hands of criminals.
