On one show, which we heard courtesy of the radio station's website archives, he welcomed none other than that nutty Russian dentist Orly Taitz, instigator of the crackpot legal action demanding President Obama's birth certificate.
"I never thought we'd actually get to meet you in person," he gushes as Taitz comes on the air with him. "I'm extremely excited to have you on the program."
That's right, Hill thinks Obama's an alien.In her thick Russian accent, which makes her sound very much like Natasha on the Rocky and Bullwinkle Show, Taitz goes on to say to strangest things, to wit:
"Obama wants his own private army. ... He wants Hamas militants coming to the shores of U.S. ... Each and every thing that Obama states is absolutely fraud. Why is he lying?"
Taitz adds, "I did investigation," which uncovered "hundreds of addresses" for Obama "that are attached to Social Security numbers. I found they were all issued in different states in nation. How can a human being, even if you believe he's messiah, how can he get so many Social Security numbers in different states where he did not live? So we're putting together puzzle."
Hill clearly adores his guest. He doesn't disagree with her that Obama ought to be drummed out of office as a foreigner.
"We've said on this program many times ... we've had people call in and say why are you picking on him? And I've said, 'Look it's really simple. If he is a U.S. citizen you produce the papers. If he's not a U.S. citizen, what does he do? He hides them. He's hiding them. We need the truth. We need the documents unsealed. We need to know what's going on."

Compare and contrast; one of my high school english teachers drilled that into my head. Compare and contrast: Slave rights and gay rights; the contrasts are easy, the comparisons are profound. Slaves could not get legally married either. They could not create and sign contracts, and what is marriage mostly (legally speaking) but a huge contract with thousands of rights and responsibilities. Navanethem Pillay, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights spoke there last year saying, "That just like apartheid laws that criminalized sexual relations between different races, laws against homosexuality are increasingly becoming recognized as anachronistic and inconsistent both with international law and with traditional values of dignity, inclusion, and respect for all." Mr. Obama is not a natural born citizen no matter where he was born. Even thow there is no proof as to where that was.
Obama's father was Kenyan,he was only in the U.S. on a student visa.

Our forfathers where very clear that they did not want anyone with any kind of foreign allegiance to become President, hence the natural born citizen clause.

Jeff Woods uses the name "Birther" as a derogatory term for those who do not believe Obama is eligible to be president of the US. Turnabout is fair play, right? I have recently seen a name for those like Jeff who seem to have no concern about what the constitution says on this issue, "Illegitimizers". I am convinced that Jeff and others like him have gotten their marching orders from Obama to attack and belittle anyone who questions Obama's qualifications. Unfortunately, Jeff will not be able to hide the truth forever. Eventually it will come out and the Illegitimizers will be eating crow.

Exclusive: Fined and Sanctioned for Seeking Truth about Obama's Eligibility?

John D. Hemenway, Esq., filed yesterday, Monday, March 16th, in U.S. District Court, his mandated reply by court order in the ongoing lawsuit to determine Barack Hussein Obama's (aka Barry Soetoro) eligibility to serve as President of the United States. The Judge, James Robertson, a Clinton appointee, ordered the response to his dismissal of the lawsuit, and threat to impose sanctions on Mr. Hemenway, to be submitted within a scant 11 days.
Judge Robertson pooh-poohed the lawsuit, initiated by former Sen. Hillary Clinton's political ally, Philip Berg (a former Deputy Attorney General in the State of Pennsylvania), implying that this issue had been resolved by "Twittering and blogging" and invoking "conspiracy theorists." Perhaps this Judge is not mindful that because of the modern-day phenomenon of fraudulent e-mails, a small bevy of organizations that offer "fact-checking" services have cropped up on the Internet in an attempt to thwart rumors and propaganda before they spread far and wide – and that some of those Internet sites purporting to be King Solomons of "truth or fiction" have also become partisan tools for defending the indefensible-- i.e. Mr. Obama's hiding of any and all records which would prove the legitimacy of his right to occupy the nation's highest office. These deceptive websites have therefore become co-conspirators in disseminating shoddy research and/or disinformation aired by Obama's campaign and camp followers.
Mr. Hemenway, a World War II veteran, Naval Academy graduate and Rhodes Scholar, claims he went to law school "for the same reason” he studied and became fluent in Russian – “and it wasn't to become a Russian." He finds it perplexing that many seem to have forgotten that part of Mr. Obama's professional background includes time spent explaining the Constitution to students. In fact, Barack Obama regularly referred to himself as "a constitutional law professor," including at a March 30th fundraiser in 2007 when he claimed: "I was a constitutional law professor, which means unlike the current president I actually respect the Constitution" (the University of Chicago had him listed as "senior lecturer.") Mr. Obama's professed respect for the Constitution doesn't seem to include its clear-cut qualifications for President in Article 2, Section 1, which directly impacts upon whether he is entitled to hold the current political position to which the voters entrusted him.
Sadly, the American people depend upon a vetting process for national candidates which evidently is, truly and astonishingly, non-existent.* Instead of actual verification of genuine documents to determine citizenship by some impartial board or committee, the vetting process appears to have become subjugated in the case of Mr. Obama to competing campaigns or partisan websites, a flawed internet phenomenon which Judge Robertson referenced as Twittering and blogging, and online postings of suspect copies of documents, which should never have been a substitute for the Judge's Constitutional duty to examine evidence and rule on facts, bolstered by legal and forensic experts, not opinions from the blogosphere. Mr. Hemenway points out that none of the numerous lawsuits filed across the country have been dismissed as "frivolous." The court in a less high-stakes lawsuit presumably would employ the standard procedure of discovery and fact-finding. These cannot be outsourced, however politically expedient, to websites like SNOPES and FactCheck.org.
Moreover, disregard of the Constitution, especially as it applies to the highest political office in the land, is a serious legal matter. Americans have had a long tradition of welcoming legal immigrants , but at the same time, when President Bush attempted to push an amnesty bill through the Congress, public outrage killed the bill – switchboards to the House and Senate were jammed with calls from constituents, incensed that those who broke our laws and came here illegally should be rewarded with citizenship. Those same people are similarly outraged that a man who wants to govern as President should believe that it is not necessary that he end this controversy by simply turning over the documents necessary to ensure his eligibility. Hiding behind websites, the Privacy Act, and threatening to punish and sanction those who seek the truth is only stoking the controversy and heightening suspicions that his birth and schooling records are hiding something that is either very politically damaging or which might end his short-lived Presidency.
While our open southern border has permitted millions of illegal aliens to enter the country, it does not mean that we can turn a blind eye to a violation of the Constitution's Article 2,
Section 1. The Founding Fathers wanted to ensure that America was governed by someone who understood the unique history and political culture of America – they rightfully feared foreign influences, having fought wars with Britain and France. The phrase "natural-born citizen" was meant to ensure that the Presidency was never occupied by someone who was not fully "Americanized" and who would be loyal to the Republic and committed to defending its independence and hard-won liberties.
Mr. Obama regularly insults our intelligence by permitting campaign hacks to mislead the public with postings on websites that purport that his COLB (Certification of Live Birth), not even accepted by Hawaiian State authorities as evidence of a birth in Hawaii, is the same as an actual Birth Certificate (which like mine, typically includes a doctor's signature and a hospital, neither of which are on Mr. Obama's posted COLB). Mr. Obama's campaign fliers frequently touted his co-sponsorship of legislation with conservative Republican Sen. Tom Coburn – requiring better transparency over earmarks and other government grants and contracts. Sen. Coburn credited "the army of bloggers and concerned citizens who told Congress that transparency is a just demand for all citizens, not a special privilege for political insiders." Mr. Obama, where is that spirit of transparency and openness when it comes to the raging dispute about your own birth and school records?
*Representative Bill Posey (R-FL) introduced legislation which would require proof of citizenship for future Presidential candidates. Unfortunately, it is not retroactive; the Congressman's released statement indicates that it is up to Mr. Obama to decide to release his actual birth certificate. Congressman Posey's bill is a step in the right direction and commendable at a time when political courage appears to be in short supply. But it does not resolve the current Constitutional crisis nor obviate the sworn oath taken by every Senator and Congressman to uphold the Constitution.

You seem to be more interested in name-calling and demonizing Matthew Hill than in addressing the facts.
I believe that Obama is an American citizen but there is plenty of evidence to suggest that he may not be.
For example, after Obama was adopted by Lolo Soetero, he was enrolled in school in Indonesia. The registration form shows his citizenship as "Indonesian." This was first reported by the Associated Press in 2007. In case you haven't noticed, AP isn't exactly an extreme right-wing organization.
I live in the Dallas area and don't follow your columns. But, tell me, were you this hard on the Truthers who believed that President Bush knew or ordered the World Trade Center Towers to be destroyed? Did you call Truthers left-wing kooks or clowns?

If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.

Okay, so once again genuinely curious: Let us say that you are right (you are not) and Barack Obama was not born in the United States (he was). According to the Constitution, his Presidency would be invalidated. Also according to the Constitution, the Vice President would assume the office until another President is found. Biden himself would likely run. But then let’s say hypothetically both men are unqualified according to a judge’s (likely and ACTIVIST) interpretation of the Constitution – THEN Congress just gets to appoint whomever they want, until another (expensive) election is held.
Is that really what you want? I mean, since you love the Constitution so much, would you agree with the steps it legally requires the country to take should you be correct (which you are not)?

Dear Mr. Zoeller:
I write you regarding a grave matter urgently needing your attention, the apparent unprecedented fraud committed by the individual sitting as president of the United States, one Barack Obama.
If you have not already received it, you will be getting a copy of a letter sent by Dr. Orly Taitz, the lawyer representing AIP presidential candidate, Alan Keyes, regarding the bogus birth certificate and extensive lack of citizenship credentials of Mr. Obama.
This letter is being disseminated to every Congressman, U.S. senator, governor, attorney general, U.S. attorney and a host of other public officials as well as members of the media. A copy of this letter, along with an extremely lengthy dossier sent to Eric Holder, U.S. Attorney General, can be accessed at http://defendourfreedoms.org/letterHolder.htm.
Dr. Taitz is not only representing former Ambassador Keyes but well over 120 (at last count) other plaintiffs in this historic case which includes dozens of active and retired members of the military in various capacities, growing numbers of state lawmakers (thus far from Tennessee, Missouri, New Hampshire and one or two other states, if I recall accurately), and other individuals deemed by previous court opinions as having standing.
As chief law enforcement officer for the state of Indiana, you have a solemn obligation to convene a grand jury and subpoena all relevant documents to Mr. Obama’s vital records, including but not limited to: medical and marriage records (both of him and his parents), college transcripts, original birth certificate, passports (if any) and citizenship papers.
So as our duly elected top legal official and one for whom I voted back in November, I respectfully urge you to begin the process without delay. Time is of the essence.
As you may know, most of these cases have been dismissed based on standing issues. However, none have been heard on their merits, which are in abundance. Additionally, Dr. Taitz has reported that supplemental briefs and related information to this critical case were redacted by clerks prior to delivery to Supreme Court Justices Scalia and Roberts and perhaps the others. She has recently and personally spoken to both of them at separate events they attended. This potentially incriminating information may have been why the High Court has yet to address this grave matter. It also likely occurred in the original lawsuit brought against Mr. Obama by former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General and lifelong Democrat, Phil Berg.
It would appear the vetting process of Mr. Obama as a certified candidate to be U.S. president was outright compromised or abandoned when he and his Democratic team went from state to state to ensure he was on the ballot. It would be inappropriate at this juncture to begin pointing fingers – there will be time for that. But right now, Americans everywhere are insisting that our elected officials do their duty to investigate Mr. Obama and why he has steadfastly refused to release any documentation to his eligibility to be president. In this writer’s opinion, he has none, else he would have provide it in the same way Sen. John McCain provided public access to his birth certificate, which was in Panama.
Mr. Berg and Ms. Taitz have placed their suits on standing as well as merit. Though the merit has yet to be heard, we believe like them that all Americans have standing to weigh the facts out as to whether the Constitution in its original intent is being obeyed.
There is growing unrest across America on so many different fronts. Of course, the economy is likely the number 1 issue for so many folks, not to mention the bailouts, the insolvent banks and the auto industry. But there are many other areas of concern frightening most of us, not the least of which is me. Those items include orders to release terrorists held at Guantanamo Bay, tax dollars funding the terrorist group Hamas against Israel, legislation to restrict or ban guns, including those carried by pilots and U.S. marshals on flights, a bill pushing universal health care, another bill restricting or banning organic foods and regulating who may grow foods, yet another bill forcing businesses to unionize, a faux global warming bill that would cause utility prices to escalate while banning dometic drilling, a bill to gut the mining industry. It goes on and on and it’s less than 2 months into Mr. Obama’s apparent faux presidency.
Additionally, something you might know, the U.S. Senate confirmed David Ogden to be Deputy Attorney General of the U.S., second in command to Eric Holder. Atty. Ogden is said to have defended porn groups like Playboy and Penthouse on numerous occasions and goes to bat for the ACLU, a big proponent of unrestricted access to pornography. That certainly does not bode well for innocent children in Indiana and across the country.
It would appear that Mr. Obama is deliberately working to destroy America in all facets and more and more Americans are coming to that frightening reality every day. And it’s less than two months into his presidency. Given this reality, it seems no stretch of the imagination to connect the citizenship matter to everything else; that being that he is accountable to no one and whatever he does or doesn’t do is legit, especially on national security matters which weigh foremost in the minds of most Americans. It very well may be that our “president” is a foreigner which means he does not have America’s security interests at heart. This is worrisome.
No one likes to upset the apple cart but upsetting the apple cart is critical when the country is literally at stake. When the lives of Americans home and abroad are at risk and the growing conclusion is that the president may not be a natural born citizen and is jeopardizing the lives of all of us, patriotic public officials must do the right thing instead of the politically correct thing and pursue every avenue of investigation that would lead to truth and justice.
The highest public official in America must be held to the highest standards and from every visible sign, Mr. Obama has failed beyond miserably. But worse than that could be an America no one will recognize in a year or two. We can recover from bad presidents. But we may never recover if we are led to the slaughter by a usurping foreigner disguised as an American.
We’re not asking for attorney generals, governors, legislators, etc. to necessarily set aside the election. What we feel is likely constitutional is that Mr. Obama be promptly removed from office (absent providing genuine citizenship evidence) and Vice President Biden be named president until Americans and our public officials can decide how to rectify this unprecedented situation.
Mr. Zoeller, I humbly ask that you use your influence and the full weight of the office of attorney general for the state of Indiana and proceed to convene the grand jury to investigate this case. Please act like this is the most important matter of our lifetimes for it may well be. And contact Dr. Taitz with your questions and concerns. She would be happy to address them. Patriotic Hoosiers are depending on you to do your part as our chief law enforcement officer. God bless.

I am writing on behalf of my client, Steve Neuenschwander, a resident of Lacey, Washington. Mr. Neuenschwander is a retired military airman and subject to an active duty commitment with the US Air Force. The purpose of my writing is to request on his behalf and other members of the armed forces a formal investigation into the eligibility of now President Barack H. Obama, Jr., to have legally placed his name on the Washington State ballot for election to the position of President of the United States of America.
Mr. Neuenschwander and others believe there is mounting evidence as provided by the attached document that Barack H. Obama, Jr. has committed a serious act of fraud upon the citizens of the great state of Washington. Mr. Neuenschwander also believes that now President Obama has committed and continues to commit illegal activity that undermines the safety and security of the State of Washington. Should his alleged activity continue grave and long lasting consequences will occur that will result in the demise of the Washington State Constitution. Therefore, evidenced by the attached document, Mr. Neuenschwander requests on behalf of him and members of the armed forces living and serving in the State of Washington the following from the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Washington:
1) A complete and thorough investigation into the vital records of Barack H. Obama, Jr., to include but not limited to official birth records, school records, medical records, adoption records, immigration records, professional records, official records placing him on the Washington State Ballot as a candidate for President of the United States and the vetting process thereof, etc.
2) To subpoena and request a certified copy of Mr. Obama’s long version (vault) birth certificate currently sealed in the vault of the Health Department of the State of Hawaii, Mr. Obama’s passports from Indonesia, Kenya, Great Britain and United States, immigration records and school enrollment records from Occidental College, Columbia and Harvard for Mr. Obama.
3) To convene a grand jury to determine the validity of these records and evidence; and, a determination of charges, if any, against Barack H. Obama, Jr., for transgressions against the State of Washington.
4) To file formal charges and bring to trial Barack H. Obama, Jr., as recommended by the Grand Jury.
5) To investigate information reported in the National Databases of the same social security number reported for Mr. Obama’s Mother Stanley Ann Dunham and resident of the state of Washington Phylis Albriktson. Reports from Lexis Nexis and Choice Point of Barack Obama having around a 100 addresses all over the country with numerous social security numbers attached to those addresses, including from Washington State. That is of concern in light of the fact that Mr. Obama’s grand mother, Madelyn Dunham volunteered in Oahu circuit court probate department and had access to the Social Security numbers of the deceased persons. One of the social security numbers for Mr. Obama show him as 118 years old, which might mean that he used a social security number of a deceased person.
6) Investigate the fact that the mother of Mr. Obama, Stanley Ann Dunham also used an alias of Shirley Ann Dunham. A company Dunham Organization, owned by Shirley A. Dunham has been operating in the state of Washington at different locations (according to Intelius information agency) and the description of this company shows it dealing with mortgages, car loans, legal services, whereby social security numbers could be accessed.
Mr. Neuenschwander believes, that should he be recalled, along with current active/inactive/ retired members of the Armed Forces of the United States, are currently carrying and in the future out the orders of The President of the United States under duress; the sitting President of The United States of America is not qualified for the office. Further, Barack H. Obama, Jr., should not have been placed on the Washington State Presidential Ballot.
Your expedited investigation into the above matter would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Senator Kyle
Upon reading my legal cases, dealing with Obama's lack of legitimacy for presidency, a number of your constituents have written to you demanded that you investigate this issue, and subpoena his vital records. You have responded to a number of citizens of the state of Arizona, including Mr. Steven Lumpkin, that Obama is eligible because snopes.com says so. Please be advised that snopes.com is nothing but a stupid blog, run by two liberal democrats, Mr. and Mrs Mikkelson.
I am planning to be in DC next week and I will be happy to meet with you and present information, showing Obama to be completely illegitimate for presidency. To be a President and Commander in Chief one has to be a Natural Born citizen, born to two US citizen parents on American soil. Obama's father was here on a student visa, never a US citizen and no hospital in Hawaii ever found a birthing file for him. Additionally, even if he were to have any form of US citisenship at birth, he lost it while immigrating to Indonesia and confirming his Indonesian citizenship as an adult.
It is your duty to subpoena all of Obama's vital records, and if he cannot prove Natural born status, remove him from office ASAP. It will not be an impeachment, since he never qualified to be a president and be impeached, it will be simply removal and Mr. Biden will be a president pro tempore for a reasonable time (I believe 3 months), until we have a special election and chose a new President.

I have received a phone call from your legal aid Sarah Novoscone. Ms. Novoscone has admitted that she made a mistake, claiming that Obama is eligible for presidency due to the 14th amendment. 14 amendment has nothing to do with presidency, it has to do with citizenship in general. Presidency is determined according to Section 2, article one of the Constitution, which says that he has to be a Natural Born citizen-meaning being born to two US parents on American soil. His father was here on a student visa, never an American citizen and no birthing file was ever found in any hospital in Hi.

Dear Congressman Lundgren,
I received your letter. Whoever is working as your aid, is doing you a disservice. He is writing that Obama's eligibility was resolved, because Judge Soutter had denied Berg's appeal of lack of standing and because Alan Keyes has filed a case recently. Please be advised, that Berg's case was never heard on the merits and nobody ever saw any of Obama's vital records. Berg was told that he doesn't have standing, as a regular voter, to question Obama's eligibility.
In regards to Alan Keyes, again, it was not heard on the merits yet. Alan Keyes is one of the plaintiffs in Quo warranto case that I forwarded to Justice Roberts last Friday and it has not been heard yet.
As a US congressman, you have standing to bring a legal action and I hope you will join my legal action as an additional plaintiff. Alternatively, as a member of Judicial Committee and Homeland Security committee, you can and have an obligation to issue subpoena for all of Obama's vital records: a certified copy of his vault birth certificate from Hawaii, his passports from Indonesia, Kenya, Great Britain and US, his immigration records and his school enrolment records. I will be in Washington DC shortly, and will happy to meet with you and present all the records showing that Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro is not a Natural Born Citizen and it is your duty towards American citizens to start Judicial Committee hearings immediately and demand all of his vital records immediately. If he doesn't produce, he needs to be removed from office immediately

is NOT a birth certificate. It is a certificate of live birth (COLB). Whats the difference you say? A birth certificate includes the hopital and attending physician and is the authoritative record of birth (this is what we need to see to prove Obama's citizenship status). The Hawaii COLB can be and has been issued to foreign born children of Hawaii citizen's within 1 year of birth based on the testimony of 1 parent (beginning to see the problem now?). Even the State of Hawaii does not accept a COLB as adequate proof of citizenship. They require the more complete long form birth certificate.
Exactly so,Marshall....the supposed 'original' birth certificate in question was placed 'under seal' by Hawaiian Gov. Linda Lingle at the specific request of Obozo....so anyone who tells you they have seen it on some website is either a liar or a fool or both....and anybody who says they KNOW FOR A FACT that Obozo was born in the USA falls into that same category

The President said he was born in Hawaii and we should believe him. He is a man of high integrity. We, democrats, should ask him to disclose the original verifiable vault-certificate (not the COLB; Hawaii, statute 338, allows foreign born children of Hawaiian residents to get a Hawaiian birth certificate), showing the place of birth and the hospital. It will cost him $12, and the GOP will shot up.
It is hard to argue against his political enemies who claim he and our party spent nearly $1,000,000 to keep it secret. Even if the actual amount is less, there are now about 40 lawsuits and it is doubtful that all lawyers hired to keep the vault-BC under seal, work on pro-bono basis.
Also, right-wingers say that McCain produced all birth related documentation immediately and voluntarily when he was asked.
Furthermore, they claim that any politician knows how to pick battles. If $12 can stop this battle why spend a million to fight it?
I hate to admit that I can not answer these questions.
We can not hope that this fringe of right-wingers are going to quit. In fact they are getting more active, with some lawmakers and military people joining as plaintiffs. Denying the issue just adds fuel to the fire. So I am sending a letter to the President today:
“Please Mr. President pay the $12 for your Vault Birth Certificate and make the opposition shot up. We are supporting you and we don’t need distractions in these hard economic times. “
Fellow Democrats, please, send him a similar request.
