Tennessee's four largest dailies have agreed to share stories. There's no mention of this yet, but some say they're looking to save money by eliminating Associated Press state coverage, which would rape the state AP's finances and screw just about every other media outlet in Tennessee. ... A lawmaker/deputy sheriff files a bill to require any complaint against a law enforcement officer to be made in writing and signed by the complainant. ... University of Tennessee trustees are talking about double-digit tuition hikes. "I am telling you tuition is too low," trustee Don Stansberry says. ... Kleinheider discusses the strengths of Ron Ramsey's gubernatorial campaign. "Ramsey cannot be questioned as an ideological conservative yet his leadership in the Senate puts him alongside Haslam as an example of pragmatic leadership." ... And surprise of the day: Rep. Stacey Campfield tries to solve another problem that doesn't exist.
