Breaking News / Kotz / Sports Pacman Jones Involved in Another Shooting?

ESPN is reporting that former Titans cornerback Pacman Jones was involved in another shooting, this time outside an Atlanta strip joint in 2007. Jones, cut yesterday by Dallas--coincidentally after the Cowboys heard of the latest allegation--supposedly asked a friend to shoot a guy Jones had a beef with inside the club.
"The chief allegation is this, that while on NFL suspension, Jones arranged for a shooting inside that Atlanta-area strip club. He'd arranged to have a man who he exchanged words with inside the club shot at. Nobody was hurt in the shooting. The man Jones is accused of arranging the shooting with, is himself an accused murderer."
No one was hurt in the incident, and it appears no one was ever prosecuted. There's a longer story here on Yahoo Sports. Our only dispute with this piece is the line "He never got back to the dominant level he played at with Tennessee before the major suspension..."
Pacman? A dominant corner? And this happened when?

Will someone please help me to understand why this man repeatedly takes such fatal offense at somebody trash-talking him in a bar?
Why has his standard response to such attempts to sully his good name not simply been: "Man. I got money falling outta my pockets. I got women falling outta my lap. I got cars, I got houses, I got anything and everything I want. You got nothin' but a big mouth and a dumb ass. Sit down here with me and have a beer and check out the girl on the pole, and then we'll go see if they've put more shrimp on the buffet."
The continuing "off with his head" directives to his minions at the slightest offense are symptomatic of a big freaking coward. He's already committed professional suicide; cutting his own throat with his own stupid mouth is next.
