Kotz Hard Times for Michelle Branch; Belle Meade Home For Sale

It appears that times are even getting hard for twentysomething millionaires. The Real Estalker reports that girlie rocker Michelle Branch is selling her Belle Meade home for $1,285,000, a $65,000 drop from the February purchase price. (If you want to ogle the photos, you'll find them here.)
No word on whether Branch is getting beaten up by slow record sales, or if she's just getting tired of the suburbs. (She still apparently owns a condo in Germantown.) But since she sold her California home for $2.9 million in 2007, the downscaling trend line looks like someone's having difficulty covering her nut. Or maybe she's just really into redecorating opportunities.
Either way, here's your chance to move to where the fashionable people live. We're guessing the price is negotiable.
