You could say Craigslist is the Internet version of Dodge City back in the day--a lawless place where every man and woman can fill their lewdest desires. Or maybe just banjo lessons and a missed connection.
But Nashville Police just made this virtual red light district a little more forbidding. Detectives charged four suspected prostitutes caught in a sting in a downtown hotel. Because the hotel works with the police, they declined to disclose where the bust took place.
Undercover officers contacted the allegedly soiled doves through Craigslist, where they agreed to the illicit and time-honored quid pro quo--cash for a good time. It's a brave new world, people. Who needs stilettos and windy street corners when you can buy online?

i have used craigslist for a variety of things such as job, car parts, and the emfamous casual encounters.
whether walking the streets for dates or online is the risk you take when doing anything illegal.
WTF is wring with this country? We allow people to be hired and have sex on camera, but if they have sex without a camera its illegal. There is no difference between a porn star and hooker, except the legal definition. These porn companies also are clever enough to encourage models to only have sex with their own once hired, supposedly to reduce the spread of disease. That way, they can build their own posse of whores. I guess if you wanna get laid, then fuck on camera.
WTF is wrong with this country???I agree that we are hypocrites... now everyone wants in on the action...that being narcing out the most vunerable of sex workers...forget about civil liberties! Why don't they stop (along with some of you!)being haters and go catch some REAL criminals! What are they doing on the internet? It's like " "1984"! What's next? Thought Crimes!!!!
