Crazy Crap / Politics / Woods Bells Bend: The Last Best Place

Wow! I had no idea Bells Bend was so beautiful until I picked up the City Paper today. I thought it was just a patch of scruffy farmland. But look at this "rendering" of the May Town Center's proposed bridge over the Cumberland River, courtesy of project flacks Seigenthaler Public Relations. It looks like the Rockies. Who knew? I'm tossing my kayak on top of my car and heading out there right now. And it's only 20 minutes from downtown. Update: Tiny (Copy) Cat Pants.
