Marsha, Marsha!

See Marsha hold a baby, walk a dog and fire a gun. What else do you need to know?

It's like something out of a Saturday Night Live skit.

Actually, two things were missing from that spot: Blackburn slapping a gay couple--and then hurling a bomb into an abortion clinic. Maybe we'll see that series in her second round of ads.

Also, I didn't see her drilling for oil. She must not care about the high gas prices.

She didn't chase a Mexican, either. Not sure about her commitment to stop the illegal invasion.

This is like the video application Reese Witherspoon uses to get into law school in Legally Blonde. But I have to say, I totally didn't see "I approved this message" coming.

When I first saw the post, I thought it read "Marshal Marsha." After watching the video, it fits.

I hope Marsha never changes her hair did. If she does, I might forget that she was the woman constantly slobering on Tom Delay.

Maybe Congressman Blackburn was shooting at a Mexican..or a gay couple...or a Mexican gay couple. Or maybe he - the Congressman - was shootin' at some food, and up through the ground came a bubblin' crude...

Y'all are being mean to the meanest girl in the US House of Representatives. Are all the female people in her district thin, mean girls too?

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure the pooch in the ad is John Ashcroft in a dog suit. Now excuse me while I go type airplane in the box below.

OK, I realize that minorities don't vote Republican, shouldn't Marsha at least pay lip service to them and include one or two in her ad?
(Although I did notice a brunette. I suppose that qualifies.)

She needed some of her people in this too: the hairstylists, manicurists, plastic surgeons, personal trainers, etc. You are looking at the ad from totally a guy's perspective. What do women want or what do they do all day?!

Well, let's give Marsha an opportunity to stop being "the man" and embrace compassion and reform. The new Tennessee chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws will soon ask Blackburn to rethink her rather dated and misinformed stance on medical marijuana, for starters. Republicans aren't really out to prey on the sick and the weak - and an about-face on medipot from Blackburn would be just the thing to prove it.
By the way, there is news of the new Tennessee NORML chapter at my blog, here: http://chronicdiscontent.wordpress.com/2008/08/12/fun-with-tennessee-norml/
Don't despair! Help is on the way.

Aviation has been a passion of mine for several many years, thanks to the post.
