By the Way / Media It's Now Official: The Tennessean Sells News

Does anyone edit The Tennessean's web content or just give it a skim for glaring absurdities? Yesterday, our paper of record told us to expect snow in July; today it ran an advertisement as a news story. No, we're not talking about a run-of-the-mill puff piece; we're literally talking about an ad. Even better, The Tennessean's home page originally linked to it in its "news" section. This is just awesome.
