Politics / Woods Doing the People's Business

And you thought the legislature had been wasting time. Turns out, the governor has already signed 126 bills into law. And some really important ones they are. It's now illegal for cars to park on highway ramps, for instance, and in East Tennessee, it's OK again to catch animals in snare traps.
