40 Jealous Whores Putting the Dupe in Duplex

Check out Christine Kreyling's online piece this week on when a duplex is not a duplex. A bill on final reading in the Metro Council tomorrow would alter the city's already mangled definition—but not necessarily for the better.

I am so glad to finally have an explanation for those odd duplexes. I have lived here for almost 20 years and have never understood why there are so many of those in Nashville.
However, I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for a rational resolution.
