Flattering Phil

The Commercial Appeal flatters Phil Bredesen by speculating that he might become the next Democratic vice presidential nominee. Bloggers are already yapping about it.
Is this some kind of joke? Bredesen dismantled TennCare. He thinks universal health care would cost too much. Why would the Democratic presidential nominee pick Bredesen for a running mate? Might as well choose a Republican. We don't even need to mention the fact that our charisma-challenged governor just might be the worst candidate we've ever seen on the campaign trail.
