Publish Or Perish

What's it take to get published in the age of Harry Potter? Apparently, being a writer of historical genius no longer cuts it. The director of the Jane Austen Festival made a few changes to some of Austen's novels and sent them off to publishers, including JK Rowling's. Almost no one in the publishing industry recognized Austen's work. And almost all of them rejected her work out of hand. Here's the story. Now, about that novel I'm working on—about a white whale...
