No new property taxes without a referendum, says Bob Clement, who's just passed the 24-idea marker in his 30-idea marathon to the mayor's office. Li'l Bob also says you should forget about increasing taxes for seniors who fall under a certain income level. Now, about how he plans to pay for his initial 23 ideas...?
