Volunteering for Nashville

Idea No. 13 from Bob Clement is one that he's been touting for a while. He wants to create a Mayor's Office of Volunteerism to encourage donations of "time, money and manpower to improve Nashville."

Clement is big on asking people to volunteer to do things that we are paying taxes for the goverment to do. Previously in his "30 Ideas in 30 Days" rollout, he said he wants volunteers to pick up trash around town.
