Mister Lonely

For more than a year, the Web has been buzzing with rumors about Mister Lonely, the new movie by periodic Nashvillian Harmony Korine. Is it about people living in a giant soda bottle? Does Werner Herzog play Abraham Lincoln? ScreenGrab tipped us to this tantalizing piece in Movie City News, and the truth is, this sounds amazing. Korine has definitely assembled the year's coolest cast: Samantha Morton, Denis Lavant from Beau Travail, Les Amants du Pont Neuf director Leos Carax, Anita Pallenberg, and Korine's friend David Blaine, among others. Nashville filmmaker Brent Stewart (Blackberry Winter) shot the behind-the-scenes footage on the film, which ought to be a feature in itself.
Why is Diego Luna dressed like Michael Jackson in the picture above (which came from MCN)? You'll just have to read and see.
