Louisiana Hot Sauce or Tabasco? Which do you prefer?
Actually, there's no debate as far as I'm concerned: the stuff pictured above kicks Tabasco's ass, without question or argument. Tabasco has a kind of metallic twang I just can't abide. And Louisiana's habanero flavor makes up for any difference in heat and then some, without overpowering the taste of the food (especially eggs). I even like the conical bullet-like shape of the (small) bottle better.
