Attention, Kroger Shoppers

Kroger just sent me a survey asking for suggestions of how to better serve their customers. Since surveys are expensive to administer and tedious to tabulate, while too often illiciting responses that support the status quo, and since I know how valuable the input of Kroger Plus Card Member 426206002509 is to the company, I want to make sure I provide some useful guidance that could actually improve my shopping experience.
I would like to see more ethnic food options (just a few bottles of fish sauce, guys) and some healthier, fresher prepared meals, but what else should I recommend while I have the chance?
