Hurricane relief effort sweeps Nashville bars...?

Kevin Thompson, manager of top-notch local watering hole The Villager, writes to let Pith know they'll be doing a Katrina benefit Friday night as well. Apparently, bartenders will be working in pairs on Friday and giving ALL TIPS to relief efforts; 30% of sales totals are headed that way as well.
Will more bars join the relief effort led by the Yazoo taproom and The Villager? Call 'em and find out; then let us know and we'll keep a list going. Call it "A Pint of Relief" or something. (Ridley is out—he's in charge of our witty titles department.)
UPDATE: The Villager's Katrina benefit night will be Friday, Sept. 9—Yazoo's is tomorrow from 4-8pm.
