Howard Dean, Again

A poster at Daily Kos takes the DNC Chair (who as we all know, all together now: "Revs Up The Base"), to task for saying something so screwy even a Kos poster can't spin it on his behalf.
Again, the Kelo dissenters were:
Chief Justice Rehnquist
Justice Scalia
Justice Thomas
Justice O'Connor
That's three arch-conservatives and one moderate conservative.
And, among those voting in the majority, none of them were Bush 43 appointees. In fact, there are no Bush 43 appointees on the bench at this point.
(Note: This only seems to have been reported in one place--the conservative Web site townhall.com, but no one has denied its occurrence yet, even at Kos. Can someone find another reference? Until then I'll leave open the possibility that it wasn't said or has been misreported.)
