In San Antonio, a mayoral candidate has admitted that he had his twin brother stand in for him at a local parade, waving to thousands of onlookers who news reports say mistook him for the candidate. In one of the more endearing rationalizations for political chicanery one is likely to encounter, the actual candidate Julian Castro pointed out that "we can't help that we look like each other."
