Grimey’s Among Record Stores Staging Arcade Fire Promo Stunt Tonight

Hey there, ear-to-the-ground music fan. Either this is the first blog you’ve surfed onto all day, or you’re aware that world-conquering Canadian stadium-indie ensemble Arcade Fire unveiled a creatively interactive Vincent Morisset-directed video for the dance-y likely first single from their forthcoming fourth album, likely titled Reflektor. The song features some nifty guest vocals from David Bowie and, on a local note, totally sounds like it could be a How I Became the Bomb jam. (Don't ya think?) Dig it above.

Apparently, Arcade Fire (under nom de plume The Reflektors) will release a 12-inch of the song at select independent brick-and-mortar record stores worldwide tonight at 9 p.m. Among the select stores is Grimey’s.Too, which garnered a neat Pitchfork shout-out this weekend.
