Liberace and ... Jack Benny!
An overlong, pretty awkward introduction eventually segues into Liberace on piano and Benny on violin, with Liberace showboating all over the place. It would have been funnier to end the bit with the two men switching instruments, but I guess that kind of thinking had no place in televised family comedy in 1969.
Liberace and ... Lou Ferrigno!
A disarmingly large Ferrigno is forced to strip and don a glittery T-shirt that says “INCREDIBLE” (I want it) along with a cape. He proceeds to receive a “piano lesson” from Liberace.
Liberace and ... Sammy Davis Jr.!
Far and away the best clip, it’s one-half impressive performance piece, one-half actually funny schtick. Plus, Sammy tap dances! I would have paid real American dollars to see this live.
Lady Gaga, "Paparazzi"
Hardly relevant, but it’s fun to replace the word “paparazzi” with “Liberace.”
