2013 might be Jack White’s first year as Record Store Day’s Ambassador, but it’s the singer’s 10th (technically 11th) as an international superstar. To commemorate the 10th anniversary of The White Stripes' 2003 breakthrough long-player Elephant, White’s Third Man Records will unleash a limited edition double LP edition of the album on Record Store Day.

Geeks the world over will be glad to know that, in classic Third Man style, plate one will boast split-color black-and-red vinyl, while plate two spins on white vinyl. While there’s no word yet on bonus tracks, you can watch a video of the reissue's double-pocket-gatefold tip-on sleeves (which close kinda like Trapper Keepers?) coming off (presumably) United Record Pressing’s presses over at TMR’s official site. Unfortunately, that clip is nowhere near as hilarious as this recent nugget.

Record Store Day redefines the meaning of 420 (hopefully for good) on April 20.
