Band of Horses To Play the Ryman April 27 and 28 [Updated]

Posted by on Fri, Feb 15, 2013 at 4:51 PM

Sure, I'll hand it to South Carolina's Band of Horses: They know their way around an indie-rock anthem. Three-guitar attack, straight eighths, drums that drop out and build up, three-chord progressions. Big, feel-good stuff. Well, for those who get behind BOH but missed their free performance at Live on the Green back in 2010 (see a time-lapse of that happening after the jump), good news: They're coming back, and this time you get to pay for it!

Band of Horses — who had to cancel their Railroad Revival Tour with Willie Nelson last fall but are currently touring in support of 2012's Mirage Rock — will make a stop at the Mother Church on Saturday, April 27. Tickets go on sale right here Friday, Feb. 22, at 10 a.m., and those will run you anywhere from $24.50 to $39.50. If you dig it, dig on.

Update: Band of Horses have added a second night (Sunday, April 28) at the Ryman. Tickets on sale here March 1 at 10 a.m.
