Déjà vu! Those wacky Whigs sure do hit the late-night circuit an awful lot. As I mentioned when I posted their performance on Letterman a few weeks back, the question of whether or not The Whigs are local is ... well, it's still something of a question for some folks. GQ says they're Nashville-based, as does Wall Street Journal — but a commenter on that WSJ post very adamantly made The Whigs' Athens heritage known. I'll have that guy know, however, that I hear The Whigs are most definitely locals now. Word on the street, anyway.
Right, the point. The Whigs played Jimmy Kimmel Live last night — twice, as a matter of fact. Also notable: Axl Rose made his first live television appearance in 20 years on last night's Kimmel (part 1, part 2, part 3), wherein he kinda-sorta endorsed Obama. Now, Whig out with "Tiny Treasures" above and "Waiting" after the jump.
