fun. To Play the Ryman on Feb. 13; Tickets on Sale Oct. 26

Oh fun., you dubiously stylized bugbears — your non-capitalized, period-having asses are a copy editor's nightmare. But according to The Spin's recap of Bonnaroo 2012, fun. does indeed put on a — brace for idiotic, recycled punch line — fun. show. "In a What Stage-worthy display of Mercury-esque showmanship," reported The Spin, "frontman Nate Ruess milked each moment of crowd adulation, working up the masses until they finally burst into a cathartic outpouring of emotion during the anthem 'We Are Young.' Some in the crowd were even crying, but in, like, a totally fun. way."

Well, these rising stars of anthemic pop will hit the Mother Church on Saturday, Feb. 16 — that's almost exactly one year after the release of their breakthrough record, Some Nights. Also, not a bad Valentine's Day present for your pop-hedonist significant other. Tickets go on sale here at noon this Friday, Oct. 26.
