Cream Calendar Nashville Bound: Big Freedia, Ben Folds Five, Man or Astroman?, Tomahawk, The Features, Justin Bieber and More To Make Music City Appearances

Notable additions to the list include Big Freedia, who bounces from Nawlins to Exit/In August 23, The Features, who come will take over Cannery Ballroom on Halloween and a reunited Ben Folds Five, appearing at the Ryman Sept. 17. Other acts from the not-so-distant past blasting their way to town are a reunited Man of Astroman?, landing at Mercy Lounge on Nov. 2, Mike Patton- and Duane Denison-led art-metal troupe Tomahawk, kicking off their first tour in five years at Exit/In on Oct. 27, and The Sea and Cake, playing Mercy Lounge Oct. 26. Followers of popular blogosphere favorites like Wild Nothing, Other Lives and Black Moth Super Rainbow are also Nashville bound.
Also, don’t forget that Justin Bieber returns to Bridgestone Arena Jan. 18. Not a Bieber fan? Well, Jethro Tull’s Ian Anderson will serenade crowds at the Ryman on Oct. 30. Pore over the full list after the jump, and check venue sites for ticket information.
