Cream Earl Scruggs Service April 1 at The Ryman Is Open to the Public

Perhaps you read the thoughtful Earl Scruggs obit penned for us yesterday by contributor Jon Weisberger. We appreciate Jon's words.
But one thing we didn't point out in the obit is that there will be a service in honor of Mr. Scruggs this Sunday, April 1, at The Ryman, and it will be open to the public. I'll just share the information as it appeared in a press release:

Sunday, April 1, 2012
2:00 p.m.
Ryman Auditorium
Event is open to the public, doors open at 1:00 p.m.
The service will be broadcast on 650-AM WSM
Rest in peace, Earl. I can't think of a more fitting tribute to such a legend than a Sunday service in the Mother Church.
