Moving Pictures Heypenny's 'Angles and Arches' [Fresh Vid]

You know, my work computer is so damn slow — and streaming content so lag- and buffer-riddled — that I didn't realize Heypenny's new music video for "Angles and Arches" was stop-motion for a solid minute-and-a-half. I thought my shit was just seizing up, as per usual. But stop-motion it is, and "Angles" was shot in October at Percy Priest Lake. Though the video is ostensibly about battling a squid and features some pretty cool 8-bit-esque animation, Heypenny — being Heypenny — couldn't resist the urge for some choreographed dance moves at the end there.
The 'Penny will play High Watt Mercy Lounge on March 9 with Antennas Up and James Wallace and the Naked Light — What's the High Watt? Nothing, I don't know ... What? — and they also have several SXSW shows booked, most of which you can see here.
