Anyway, Wiz Khalifa, MUTEMATH, Sleigh Bells, Fitz and the Tantrums and actor/singer-songwriter Tyler Hilton will head up the annual on-campus music festival, which will also feature locals the likes of Gloriana, Wick-It the Instigator, Chancellor Warhol and Beaker Street Blues Band. Y’all excited by seein' that back-to-school-headed handful?
The two-day celebration of music and higher education will go down April 20-21 — again, the same weekend as Record Store Day. Single-day tickets cost $30 for Vandy students and $45 for actual Nashvillians. Weekend passes are $55 in advance and $65 on site. Get tickets and satisfy all your Rites of Spring informational needs at the festival’s official site, or follow them on Twitter, whatever, it’s your life.
Let’s just hope that the heavens don’t opt to unload their tear ducts on the festival once again. Know what I mean?
