Music Stream All of What Up English's The Vaughn Sessions Right Here; Release Show Tomorrow at Mercy Lounge [Fresh Tracks]

A few weeks ago, we shared with you the video for "Pompeii," a fresh one from dance-punk high schoolers What Up English. "Pompeii," as it happens, is the lead-off track from WUE's forthcoming EP The Vaughn Sessions, and these young gentlemen have quite generously offered to let us stream the entire EP here on the Cream. We'd be right fools to turn them down, no?

Tomorrow night, the English boys will officially release The Vaughn Sessions at Mercy Lounge, and the undercard will feature fellow locals King Arthur (these guys) and Orbit Funeral. According to What Up English, "we're giving CDs away for free there to anyone who wants one," but you can go ahead and sample the goods below. It's busy, frenetic, upbeat and fun rock 'n' roll music that's firmly rooted in the "roll" region of the rock 'n' roll spectrum, and it's certainly worth your time. Have a listen.

What's Going On, English? Very good sounding yes to the music beats. Please bring a copy of your EP Recorded CD to sell at the institution that you all attend during weekdays so that a lucky fan might pay you big bucks for a signed copy, perhaps with a note in marker to your favorite book-peddling authority figure?
