The politically charged Nashville/Knoxville throwback hardcore troupe featuring John Davis (Superdrag), Nick Slack (Slack), Stewart Pack (One-Nine Hundreds, Pegclimber) and “Producer to the Stars” Nick Raskulinecz recently cut the five-song EP in a 36-hour session (hence the name) over at Blackbird Studios. It drops in black-and-white, split-colored 45 form Jan. 31 on Velocity of Sound. But you can feast your ears on its auditory contents over at the band’s Bandcamp site.

in addition to making a Jan. 28 appearance over at The 5 Spot with The Vibes, who are back to punking up Nashville after 14 years of dormancy. Am I burying the lede here?
Update: The Jan. 28 show at The 5 Spot has been canceled.
