Show of hands: Who here gathered around the warm, glowing, warming glow of his or her plasma screen last night, snuggled up with friends and psyched to watch Nashville's Best Local Punk Ambassadors to the World rip through a rendition of their "Diamond Way"? I'll say this: Seeing the Bogus Bros — a pair of dudes that the Scene (and I personally) have watched intently for somewhere in the neighborhood of a decade — graduate from house shows and the Springwater's stage to The Ryman and now a national TV audience ... well, it feels pretty special.
So see their performance on last night's episode of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon above — Jake clad in his dashiki (That's a dashiki, right?) and greeting America with a simple "Hello, America," Jamin cheesin' characteristically at the B camera, and their bro David eating a sandwich sidestage. Sounds like they had a good time. Judas Priest will be on tonight's Fallon. I'd like to think that means JEFF basically just opened for Judas Priest. [Rip courtesy of The Audio Perv.]
