You know what's the opposite of Death Cab for Cutie? Frantic noise punk. Take, for instance, Baltimore's Dope Body, who Pitchfork once called "a mosh-worthy mess of sweat and blast beats."
Dope Body is playing Betty's tonight, along with DC's Hume and locals Square People and Holy Spirit Suckers. A viable option for people who like their rock music tempered with ill-tempered, spasmodic blasts of chaos.
