Bonnaroo Bingo, and See You at the 'Roo!

Posted By on Thu, Jun 9, 2011 at 8:45 AM

As you may have noticed in my Liner Notes post — or, you know, on the cover of one of the roughly 50,000 copies of this week's Scene that are floating around Middle Tennessee — our cover story is The Ten Commandments of Bonnaroo. In it, my fellow Cream Teamers and I explore the haps of this year's 'Roo, along with a Q&A with Bonnaroo creator Ashley Capps, the best ways to survive, the best tunes to peep and the best sights to see.

But one of the things we're proudest of is our Bonnaroo Bingo. This year's installment — our second ever, designed this go-'round by illustrator Robby Davis — features oldies-but-goodies like Beatle Bob and painted breasts, but also sports a couple of new items (Green Man and the worst trend ever, for starters). If you're attending Bonnaroo and would like to play along, tear the card out of the dead-tree edish, or just click right here to download and print off. If you abide by the rules (Honor System!) and are the first person to mail in your copy with pictures (or at least notes), I'll throw together a package and send it your way. Posters, stickers, CDs ... that sort of thing.

As far as play-by-play, keep your eyes tuned to the Cream, as we'll be covering the festivities all weekend long. Wade through the hot, sticky fun with us, won't you?
