The people have spoken! Due to outrageously high demand for our sold out Jerry Lee Lewis show / Live LP taping on Record Store Day, we have decided to move the whole concert (grand piano, LJ and all) from our venue inside Third Man outside for a Third Man Record Store Day block party! Today, April 13th, at 12 noon CT we will be releasing another 300 tickets total via our online store and brick and mortar store here in Nashville. The tickets will be $50 with a portion of the ticket sales being donated to our friends and neighbors at the Nashville Rescue Mission who have been kind enough to loan us their lot for the show.
Third Man also says that priority for the standing-room-only event goes to the original 300 ticketholders, and that 100 copies of that dope poster over there on the right will be for sale.
Updated: Jerry Lee Lewis' outdoor performance at Third Man Records has been moved to Sunday, April 17, at 1 p.m. due to the weather. (See our tweet and Third Man's tweet.) Doors are noon, and some tickets are still available.

Popular demand or word from the fire marshall that they won't let 350 people into TMR's blue room? Or both? I was certainly expecting this to happen after last Friday's Black Milk show. Either way this sounds pretty sweet. I am a little worried that Nashville's well-intentioned fire marshall may put a damper on TMR's future shows. Anyone know anything about this?
Got my ticket, and I'm going to try and deduct it from next year's taxes! Thanks, Nashville Rescue Mission!
