The day has finally arrived: Make-Out With Violence
, that locally shot, locally filmed zombie movie that isn’t really about zombies, is now available on iTunes. (In case you need to catch up, we’ve mentioned MOWV a time or two
.) Also available is The Non-Commissioned Officers’ Make-Out With Violence
OST (also featuring contributions from non-Non-Coms Non-Coms associates), now with six never-before-released bonus tracks — among them 8-bit versions of “Frozen Tongue” and “No Means No,” though it should be noted that not all of the bonus tunes are 8-bit in nature. This, as MOWV
masterminds The Deagol Brothers explain it, “brings the OST to an even 50 tracks.” Mildly epic, no? Hear "8-Bit Frozen Tongue" below.
Segue time: Since the Venn Diagram of Non-Coms members and Eureka Gold members has some serious overlap — and, full disclosure, Scene/Cream contributor Adam Gold was a member of both outfits at one point — let’s also see what the E. Gold boys are up to, shall we? Well, if you didn’t know, Eureka Gold isn’t really a band anymore, per se, but they finally decided to share some tunes from the album they were putting together at the time of their informal dissolution. Stream some tunes from Eureka Gold’s Land of Imaginary Suffering right here.
