Well, the 2011 Bonnaroo lineup got posted a few minutes early and, thankfully, didn't take all day. Your big three headliners are the never-smiling Detroit car salesman Eminem, the suburban turmoil-chronicling Arcade Fire and jammy jammers Widespread Panic. The Black Keys, Buffalo Springfield (Richie Furay, Stephen Stills, Neil Young, Rick Rosas, Joe Vitale), My Morning Jacket and Lil' Wayne follow them on the marquee, with a whole lot of goodness further down, including a lot of Tennessee connections: Robert Plant, Wanda Jackson (who it's hard to imagine won't be joined by Jack White and some iteration of the Third Man House Band), Loretta Lynn, Karen Elson, Justin Townes Earl, Sharon Van Etten and more — check out the complete initial roster below:

awesome. awesome, awesome.
esp. since Karen Elson will be there... I can't imagine Jack White not making an appearance.
Ah, I overlooked them. If memory serves, that's double the metal from last year.
Kylesa would more likely be accused of false metal-ness than the Sword.
Dudes, they brought back the Superjam, but this time it's actually people I would like to see jam! WOOOHOOO!!!!
Also, Destively Bonnaroo in it's entirity? Fucking fuck yeah! And the hip hop line-up is fucking tight, even if you include post-sense-of-humor Eminem.
Actually Matt, last year had Isis, Baroness and The Melvins (if you consider them to be metal) as well GWAR, which is barely music but whatever...
I'm not really into Kylesa either. I saw them years ago with Mastodon and thought, "Eh."
@ Elizabeth: I wouldn't be surprised if Jack plays with Wanda as part of the Third Man Band. But who knows, she might have a different backing band for this.
I only remembered Baroness. What we've established here is I had no business chiming in. I do like Kylesa, though.
To add on to an old cliche: when nuclear war happens, all this will be left are cockroaches, Keith Richards and Widespread/String Cheese playing American festivals.
I'd like to see Kylesa (thanks again for the intro Matt), Primus and Scissor Sisters. Even if they were all playing the same day I'm not sure its worth springing for a day pass.
Also, aren't Opeth metal?
I missed Opeth too. I'm going to go ahead and claim that these are being added after the fact to make me look extra idiotic.
Let's hope it doesn't snow... I'd hate for Robert Plant to have to screw over his Tennessee fans for a second time.
I'll be at home, with the A/C set at 68, playing the PSTriple with a $.60 beer in hand.
Psuedo -- check out the beer "Dog Bite," available at Grand Crux wine/liquor. 24 oz, 10% alc, $1.80. Tastes like shit.
Lots of GREAT singers and performers...BUT a LOT of BS groups in there too. I wouldn't want to be there. That would mean I'd have to put up with all the BS groups in order to see the good stuff!! I'm "NOT" spending my money for that!!!
