Wow The Costello Code: Help Us Decipher Elvis' Words to Gold

Adam Gold shied away from posting this one himself — he's not particularly prone to own-horn tootery — but we kind of need your help figuring this thing out. As you may recall, Gold interviewed Elvis Costello not too long ago, and their Q&A ran as our cover story for the week of Oct. 28. Well, Mr. Costello's publicist sent along a copy of that week's issue, complete with what appears to be a very kind message and an autograph.
We've had just about everyone in the office try to figure out what it says, but it's damn tricky. Here's my guess: "To Adam / may know, your questions are kayaking / Elvis Costello." Care to help us out by venturing an educated guess? Any handwriting/graphology experts in the house? See a detail of Elvis' message after the jump.
