I wouldn't be so presumptuous as to assume that you guys know Tuesdays are press days here at Scene HQ. But they are. Thus, we are busy. So, rather than compose yet another screed about why Dr. Dog are awesome, I'll just share some helpful links for you. I am, after all, Nashville's resident Dr. Dog biographer.

* Here's a pick + the "Shadow People" video, which I posted when the Dog played Live on the Green last month.
* Here's the interview and here's the feature I respectively conducted and composed about Dr. Dog's latest, Shame, Shame. That's for when they last played Cannery, which was May 6.
* Here's the Spin from said show.
* Here's another Dr. Dog pick.
* Here's a feature on Fate from way back when.
* Here's a pick Dustin Allen once wrote on Here We Go Magic.
* Here's a pick I wrote on Good Old War.
* You can listen to a brand-new track from the Dog, titled "Nobody Knows Who You Are," right here.

And, of course, the only link you truly need: Tickets are $18 in advance, and go on sale right here at 10 a.m., Oct. 15.

UPDATE:
Here We Go Magic and Good Old War will not be appearing Feb. 5 with Dr. Dog. That was false information received via a press release. According to Mercy Lounge/Cannery Ballroom representative Drew Mischke, The Head and the Heart will appear in support.
