Weekend Round-Up: NBN Hangover Style

Lady Nashville is reeling.
  • Lady Nashville is reeling.
Now, I know that not everyone is ready to get back out there and do it big this weekend. Last week was quite an undertaking. (And, by the way, don't forget to tell us what you thought of the festivities here; tell the official Next Big Nashville reps what you thought here.) Believe me, camping out on the couch with my smoothie-maker and the ol' Netflix queue is a mighty tempting premise.

BUT, there are some truly worthy affairs taking place tomorrow and Saturday. You don't want to be the guy who poops out on the good times, do you? Music City legends Jason and the Scorchers are hitting the Lounge tonight, not to mention shows all over town from Shooter Jennings, How I Became the Bomb and more. Menomena will be gracing us with their presence tomorrow evening, not to mention the Scene-sponsored Musicians Corner in Centennial Park (feat. Natalie Prass, Dozen Dimes and more), The Long Players at the Germantown Street Festival and Chris Isaak at The Ryman. Chris! Isaak! OK, I'm not actually interested in Chris Isaak — past his work in Fire Walk With Me, that is. Anyhow. Have a look after the jump at our listings, compiled by Adam Gold and organized by Steve Haruch. If we left anything out, please let us know. Safe weekending.
