Moving Pictures Heavy Cream Video: 'Watusi'

The kids in local punk troupe Heavy Cream released their first single off Danny a couple weeks ago — that'd be "Watusi," from their debut album with the intensely equine cover art. Now we've got their brand-new video for that song, a shoplifting, lottery-ticket-scratching, smoke-bombing, pick-up-truck-riding, tire-swinging, Ouija-boarding romp through Nashville, directed by JEFF the Brotherhood's Jamin Orrall with a flair for casual mischief and spirit-world summoning.
Yesterday was your last chance to pre-order Danny and get that autographed tour DVD (sorry), but Heavy Cream play their record-release show tonight at Billups Art (1008-C Woodland in East Nashy, behind Drifter's BBQ). Cover is $10, and Infinity Cat says you get free beer! Nashville's Dead will be DJing and, like we told you yesterday, Those Darlins will also be playing. Get on it!
