Remember the other day when I said Turbo Fruits frontman Jonas Stein had some news we couldn't quite reveal yet, that involved "water and smoke and the tropics"? Well, here it is: The Bruise Cruise Festival, a new thing wherein you get on a big ol' boat, sail from Miami to the Bahamas and rock out all the time with a bunch of bands. Good bands. A damn fine assortment, in fact: The Black Lips, Vivian Girls, Strange Boys, Thee Oh Sees, Ty Segall, Quintron and Miss Pussycat and, yes, our own Turbo Fruits.

The Bruise Cruise runs Feb. 25-28, 2011, a time when it will be cold and gross in Nashville, but warm and awesome in Miami and the Bahamas. And even if you never thought you'd be on a boat, cruise life ain't bad: On-board amenities include "gambling, resort-style pools, water parks, spas, fine dining and more. The price of one ticket will cover all entertainment, lodging, meals and some drinks." In addition to concerts at sea, there will be a party in Nassau. That sounds pretty awesome as-is, but the organizers say they promise more info soon. Check out the promo video after the jump, and get your "three-hour tour" jokes ready!

Oh, and they're only letting 400 people board this rock 'n' roll vessel, so get your tickets soon if you want to, uh, rock the boat.
